Apricot and lemon lip balm

A yummy, soothing gloss. It warms and becomes soft when applied to your lips. :)

1 t. beeswax

1 t. apricot kernel oil

1 t. calendula oil

a few drops essential oil of lemon or orange

1.  Melt the beeswax. Add the apricot and calendula oils, stirring constantly.

2.  Remove from the heat while stirring, and when partly cooled add the essential oil.  Store in a butter pot.

                                  All Natural Chest Rub

Using a carrier oil, such as Olive Oil, add 5-7 drops of Eucalyptus and 3-5 drops peppermint EO* or Wintergreen EO.  Mix. You can also add a few drops Rosemary or Oregano, both EO's.  Use your nose on these, you don't want it too strong.  If you want a thicker rub, use Coconut Oil as the carrier.

Put it in a jar with a lid.  Celia used a baby food jar.

Please don't put these EO's directly on your skin, you need a carrier!

You can rub this on your chest or feet, or both!

Celia says you can put a couple drops on your pillow at night, too. ;)
