Melt and Pour This method of soap making is so incredibly easy and fast!  You have to buy the basic soap base (I have a really great place to buy that if you're interested.)  This is the glycerin.  You can also get the goat's milk base.  Anyways, get a pot you use only for soap. Melt, and mix in your essential oils, lavender, and other fun additions.  This method is great if your children are helping you.

In this particular batch of soap we added Patchouli, Lavender, and Orange Essential Oils, and ground lavender.

Pour your soap into plastic containers with lids.  Do you see how the soap is bubbling on top?  To get rid of the bubbles spray pure rubbing alcohol on them.  Cover containers with lids for a couple hours then cut into bars.  Lovely!
