Breads


The bread on the left is a simple leavened bread recipe made with fresh ground whole wheat.

The breads on the right are made with the whey left from our cheese making.  Jamin makes mozerella cheese weekly and we always wondered what to do with the leftovers.  You can also make ricotta cheese with the leftover whey. There are so many things you can make if you have the time and resources. We do feel like we are working a lot but the rewards are so satisfying.  Try it!!  The work of your own hands!!

 

 



There is only one thing better than the smell of Hot Fresh Bread permeating the house making everyone's mouth water... Eating It!! So for all you bread lovers... it's time for some homemade bread! You will be so glad you did this!
